    No prior experience is needed! Our beginner course starts with the simplest concepts, allowing you to practice from scratch and gradually build your confidence in painting. If you already have some painting experience, the techniques in the course will help you strengthen your foundation and address common issues.

  • Are the class times fixed? What if I’m usually very busy?

    Our courses are self-paced online courses, allowing you to log in and study anytime without time pressure. Each lesson includes videos, handouts, and content that can be watched repeatedly, making it suitable for students with busy schedules or irregular routines, so you can complete each lesson at your own pace.

  • Will I miss the key points by learning painting online? Is there someone who can give me feedback on my work?

    Each course is designed with clear learning objectives and key exercises, along with teacher demonstrations and step-by-step explanations. Some courses also allow you to upload your work and receive feedback from instructors, so you can get individual guidance at home. For advanced needs, you can also join our live online interactive classes or small group guidance sessions.

    • I’m a beginner in watercolor. Which plan should I choose?

The content covers everything from tool introduction and basic techniques to completing a finished piece, presented in a clear and step-by-step manner.     • Is the course a one-time purchase or a subscription?

      All courses on our platform are one-time purchases. Once purchased, you can watch them permanently without time limits and enjoy free future updates and supplemental content, with no additional subscription fees.

    • How soon can I start the course after purchase? Will there be printed materials?

      After completing payment, the system will immediately grant you access to the course, and you can log in on a computer, smartphone, or tablet to study anytime. The course is delivered as digital videos and includes downloadable illustrated materials and practice examples. Printed materials are not currently provided.

    • What payment methods are available? Can I get an invoice?

      Currently, supported payment methods include credit cards (Visa/Master/JCB) and bank transfer/ATM. As the platform is operated by a personal art studio and is still small in scale, it does not meet the requirements to issue official company invoices. Therefore, official invoices cannot be provided, but the system will send a payment confirmation email as a receipt.

    • Can I get a refund? What if I don’t understand the course?

      To ensure content quality and protect students’ rights, our platform offers preview chapters so you can understand the teaching style and content before purchasing. Once purchased, the full course is immediately accessible, and refunds are not provided. If you have questions during your learning, you can ask in the course discussion area, and we will assist with answers and additional resources.

    • How can I enroll in or purchase a course?

Once payment is successful, the system will immediately grant access to your course, allowing you to start learning anytime.
