  • All courses on Artify are processed through third-party payment services(e.g., credit card payment) are processed,
    We do not store or request any of your financial account information.

  • If you receive suspicious calls or messages claiming:

    • Duplicate charges or payment anomalies

    • Requesting you to operate an ATM or cancel installment payments

    • Asking you to provide credit card or online banking login information

    👉 Hang up immediately and do not follow any instructions!

What should you do if you receive a suspicious message?

  • Do not provide any personal financial information or verification codes.

  • Do not click unknown links or scan suspicious QR codes.

  • Immediately call the 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline to verify.

  • Or contact Artify customer service to confirm the authenticity of the information.
